- A dead woman's breast can briefly be seen through a sheet of plastic. Not sexual.
- A man watches pornography and is implied to be masturbating. As the man watching stands up, his butt is briefly shown and he gets strangled by another man.
- A man attacks a young girl and undresses her until he is interrupted. No nudity.
Violence & Gore

- A man is seen eating raw flesh, it's assumed that it's the flesh of someone he murdered. Later the cannibal goes to his fridge and opens it, revealing many human limbs and body parts. He then goes and gets one of his victims who is chained and drags them to be slaughtered and eaten.
- The film is very violent with lots of blood. Some gore is also shown.
- This film has graphic moments, and it is all in a realistic bloody way. You see people get brutally beaten on the head with iron pipes, stabbings, getting brutally beaten to near death.
- This is an extremely violent film, one of the most violent films of the last decade. In fact this movie is so violent and dark the Korean film board had to make the director recut the film and remove some of the violence.
- A man smashes another guy in the balls with a wrench multiple times, it is shown up close.
- A man sticks his hands into another mans mouth and rips his mouth open. You see the side of his mouth tear up and blood pours out.
- A man gets kicked and then gets his head violently smashed against a giant rock multiple times, causing him to go to sleep.

- Two people are stabbed dozens of times with a small blade (in mainly the chests) with bloody wounds seen.
- A man is hit in the face with a dumbbell (a few hits shown, the rest offscreen). A bloody wound shown above his eye.

- A woman is hit in the head with a blunt object. Some blood sprays on a screen and drips out the woman's wound.

- The scenes of rape and attempted rape are very frightening.
- The deaths of sympathetic characters are intense.

- The main villain is very frightening.
- Overall this movie is extremely dreadful and dark. There is not a single "lighthearted" scene in this movie. It starts off dark and goes from there.
- The stabbing sequence and other instances of violence could be intense for many viewers.

- A man forces a woman to undress then perform oral sex on him with threat of violence.
- A man implies to a grieving husband that his wife's killer raped her before murdering her.
Violence & Gore
- Towards the end, the bad guy finds himself tied from his mouth to the door. If it's open, his head will cut off. When a family opens the door, the bad guy's head is cut as it rolls to the door. The family reacts with fear and panic.
- A villain is decapitated. His head is shown with some blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The cannibal scene may be shocking to some people since it kinda comes out of nowhere.
- The scene where a man digs through his own excrement could disgust some viewers.
