- Only once you see a magazine with a bikini girl on the front, but the image is blurry and no nudity is shown.
- At one point you as a scorpion crawl into a man's pants and stab his genitals, you don't see his genitals, the man is fully clothed, but the man screams in pain as you do so.

- The game depicts killing insects as a Spider or a Scorpion, mostly green blood is shown and only red when killing a lizard or biting a human. You can see the spider eat small insects and the scorpion constantly stabbing other insects.

- There is the occasional "Damn" and "God" in most levels and "Shit" in only a couple of levels.

- Throughout the game you will see empty beer bottles, cans and cigarettes lying around.
- In the last couple of levels you will see a human drinking out of a glass beer bottle.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Most of the insects in the game are very scary looking, especially the spiders.
- The game's ambience and setting looks very "Dead" and lifeless, especially with creepy sound effects.
- Gameplay can become intense when in a boss battle.
- In one level you enter a spider's nest which has hundreds of dead insects in webs, which looks somewhat disturbing. Especially when you fall into one and have to escape.
