"Don't worry, I get butterflies all the time"
skteosk6 April 2010
Warning: Spoilers
It's hard to get past the anger that they've thrown away continuity for the sake of a few dramatic scenes.Aden and the audience have known for two years that Justin was abused by his grandfather, yet we're supposed to be surprised when it gets revealed here.In fact, it flatly contradicts every single fact that's been previously established about Aden's abuse and makes you wish they just hadn't bothered to bring it up.

Nicole's storyline with Britt continues to drag out and prevents her from getting involved in Aden's storyline.Marilyn actually says something useful, although it's notable the episode seems determined to keep her and Miles apart.Angelo gets some good material with Miles, completely fails to take his advice and ends up humiliating himself in front of Charlie and Michael.Annie shows a few signs of her old personality but still manages to get in a whiney "Why doesn't Romeo like me?" speech.Martha makes even bigger leaps of logic than Liam did and manages to throw in another continuity error just to make sure. There's some half-decent stuff in here but ultimately it feels very hollow.
