- When the characters take showers, we see several of the men's bare chests.
- A man kisses his wife's ear while they're both showering. We don't see anything below the woman's shoulders or the man's chest, though.
- A woman sits naked. Her knees are drawn up to her chest, though.
- A man tries to rape a woman, he is unsuccessful. No nudity is shown.

- Jacqui, a season 1 regular, chooses to stay behind and die on her own terms in the CDC explosion. Andrea makes the same decision but is guilted by Dale into leaving.
- The finale is the C.D.C Exploding. This scene is very intense, the characters barely make it out alive, some people may find this scene somewhat gripping.
