- You upgrade your weapons by interacting with an AI named NORA. Every time you encounter NORA she makes many sexual remarks about your character. The dialogue can be graphic at times, but is played off as comedic.
- Some female characters are depicted wearing skimpy underwear.
- While examining The Twins up close, players can see the Aerola and the Nipple parts of the breasts on each charater model on the metalic surface. Players can also see faint outlines of the The Twins' Labia Majora by standing up close to The Twins character models.
Violence & Gore

- This game is heavily inspired by games such as bioshock and system shock so expect some strong violence.
- Blood and gore can be found in majority of areas. When fighting monster like enemies, you can cut off all their limbs in combat.
- There are verbal mentions of self harm.
Profanity

- The main character, P-3, swears INCREDIBLY often in dialogue. Ranging from mild language to strong.
- Words such as f**k, s**t, b***h, hell, asshole, damn, as well as their variations are heard in-game.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The player character smokes a cigar, and sometimes comments on what others smoke. Bottles of vodka can be found, with some being able to be consumed, it however can lead to the main character to get drunk.

- If this were a movie, it would've been rated R for strong sci-fi violence/gore and pervasive language throughout, some crude and sexual content.
