Sid and Marilyn continue to find themselves at the opposing ends of the belief system.Sid is the one that deserves the most sympathy, since Marilyn's being irrational and annoying, but he needs to learn to be a bit more diplomatic rather than telling Marilyn that she's an idiot and her new friend's a charlatan.Romeo is perpetually bemused by the whole thing and it seems to be affecting his already slightly fragile relationship with Indigo.
Meanwhile, Nicole gets some good friendship scenes with Indigo. Her treatment of Ruby is somewhat more variable. While she tries to support her, she ends up taking her to probably the worst place she could have done, dropping Liam in it and stopping him from doing the right thing. Although Bianca's back in "stuck-up cow" mode for most of the episode, at least she manages to take control of the situation and talk some sense into Liam.Irene's concern for Ruby is nice but rather wasted.
Alf and Penn pop up in a brief scene that seems to serve no purpose other than to remind us they exist.
