Despite another flash forward, Paul's screen time is at a minimum here. Which means most of the plot line from the previous episode has vanished but on the plus side it means we only get a few scenes of him trying to make everyone hate him so they'll be as many suspects as possible. Actually, aside from three rather repetitive scenes of him being nasty to Declan, we don't get any.
Elsewhere, it's Donna and Ringo's wedding. There's some nice scenes when Donna tells Ringo about his parents splitting up, although it does seem to be a very leisurely start to a wedding day.The episode misfires somewhat with Ringo and Zeke's treatment of Declan when he tells them about his split with Kate but gets back on track a bit with his attempts to help them get a venue and Ringo's semi-apology.Karl as best man is a bit of a random choice but the scene is nicely done.Kate's pink and yellow outfit is slightly hideous.
Seem to be a few too many wedding dramas squeezed in:The venue's flooded, okay, the car's broken down, fine. But being pulled over by the police?!What's all that about?
