- Some of the characters look naked, but the game is in literal black and white, so nothing is seen.
Violence & Gore

- You can get killed in many ways like dismemberment and getting impaled, these are followed by white blood spurting out. 9+
- Although the game is only black and white and has a very unique style that contrasts strongly from reality, it is in fact quite a violent game.
- The main character in the game played by the user is a little boy which is constantly in great danger. There are several traps/challenges that can kill him, most of them very violent and bloody (though the blood is also black&white).
- For example:
- Beartraps
- Traps that impale the boy on sticks etc.
- Getting smashed by giant rocks or other big objects.
- Getting electrocuted.
- Because of the fact, that this game is mostly a so-called "trial and error"-game, the player will most certainly die a lot before solving a puzzle and therefore see a lot of the violent sequences in which the character dies.
Profanity

- Since the game has no dialogue or texts at all, there is no profanity throughout the game.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A bunch of worms are seen in this game, they get stuck to your brain and they make you lose control of your movements. This is sort of like mind controlling and in a slight drug way. These are often inserted in the game.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- How this game is T but Halo Reach is an M is beyond me. Incredibly disturbing for a T rated game.
- Limbo is a very disturbing game.
- The Fact that the main character has no weapons or tools to defend himself from anything is making the experience even more suspensful and frightening. The violence connected to the death scenes is grim, with a very dark humor.
- Very, very depressing vibe.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Getting impaled by a giant spider which constantly is hunting the boy in the first half of the game.
- Automatic machine guns and razor blades, that can dismember the character.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It's setting is mostly extremely dark and the player feels lonely and isolated. There are only a few other characters in the game and mostly all of them want to kill the main character, for example a giant spider or other kids that set up traps or attack with blowpipes
- Especially the chase scenes with the giant spider are very intense and people suffering from arachnophobia will have problems playing the game.
- The story also is very dark and sad. Though it's not made very clear by the game, it is most likely, that the main character and his sister, who he is searching for, are dead and trapped in some sort of hell or the edge of hell. Especially the ending has a very dark touch.
