- Multiple death scenes throughout the movie, most of which involve children.
- A man 'trapped' in a clown suit attempts to commit suicide twice. He shoots himself in the head with a shotgun, with rainbow blood splattering the walls, but survives. He later tries to decapitate himself with a spinning saw-blade but misses.
- A possessed dog is decapitated in self-defense.
- A man breaks a character's hand, the injury is shown shortly afterwards.

Violence & Gore
- A child searching for his brother through the tunnels of a jungle gym is killed (partially) offscreen by the clown. Blood sprays on the side of the tunnel. His corpse is thrown across one of the tunnels, with blood caking the walls.
- A child is dragged into a ball-pit by the clown and is killed offscreen. Another child climbs out of the same ball-pit with a noticeable bloodstain on his foot.
- A child is killed offscreen in his home by the clown, with blood and his severed heart splattering a television screen. His corpse is shown later, his upper torso missing. He also dies in the video game he is playing.
- A child's severed arm falls down a slide in a stream of blood. This is heavily implied to be the same child who was killed by the clown moments before.
- A child is accidentally killed with a saw blade and the bloody gash in his back is seen before he collapses on the ground. The clown tastes the blood from the child and eats him offscreen.
- A demonic clown is decapitated by a woman.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A boy searches for his brother through the dark tunnels of a Chuck E. Cheese jungle gym, there is little to no sound throughout the scene. He eventually finds his brother getting attacked by the demonic clown before saving him and getting himself killed. This is a disturbing scene.
- A child, alone in the house and playing video games with his online friends, is attacked and killed by the clown offscreen (with a heart and blood splattering on the television screen). Though sympathy may be dropped upon learning that the child was one of Jack (the man in the clown costume's son)'s tormentors.
- The Clown's appearance is terrifying. The clown suit that Kent wears takes over his body (which is shown graphically) and eventually transforms him into a demonic clown-like entity.
