There are some good bits here.Ringo's last gift to Donna is nice and it's a relief that someone finally nominated Lou as Citizen of the Year. It leaves Karl and Susan united in their opposition to him and his triumph is probably apt, since he'd be the only person able to make that speech about generosity.
But it's hard to get past Andrew and Summer having sex behind his girlfriend's back, a disgraceful act that the writers seem to expect us to cheer and coo over.As karma, they get stuck in a burning house. As does his girlfriend, who's risking her life to save the tramp who's in bed with her boyfriend. It's ridiculously contrived and yet another example of the appalling messages this show sends out.
