John doesn't manage to stay under the radar for very long, his presence and bizarre behaviour attracting all types of attention, attention that's bound to give the game away.
More enjoyable than the first episode, there was altogether a bit more going on here, the wonderfully bonkers story continues, and there's a lot more humour here, it's pretty amusing.
Some really enjoyable moments here, Breakfast with Barbara and Sheila, with that wheety bics, that was quite something.
Matthew Macfadyen was excellent here once again, Stonehouse is portrayed as being wonderfully devious, watching him, it's almost as though you can see the cogs ticking away.
Dorothy Atkinson was absolutely on point as Betty Boothroyd, she really did look the part.
