"You've cheated on my daughter, Romeo. There's no way back from that."
skteosk31 March 2011
Warning: Spoilers
It feels as though we're meant to feel sorry for Romeo here but it's hard to see why, with his "I slept with another girl so my girlfriend's dumped me, it's so terrible" attitude. He has yet to show any real guilt and is still trying to worm his way out of it.It's a shame Ruby doesn't appear since we don't get her perspective.Nicole, trying desperately to stay on the fence, does finally take Romeo to task for what he's done, although sadly she apologises right afterwards. In fact, Nicole's the best thing in this episode, from her girls' talk scenes with Indigo to her woeful attempt to dodge a date with Angus, the latter enlivened by Morag's withering response.Sid facing down Romeo is a cool moment and it's nice that, despite her initial betrayed feelings, Indigo doesn't blame Nicole too much.

The rest of it...well, Marilyn veers between annoying and unlikeable and seems to be trying to spoil Nicole's relationship for her own selfish reasons.Liam and Bianca's spat is a bit pointless. And there's more of Elijah and his new family. The highlight of this is VJ, one of the show's neglected gems, whose interaction with Thabo is a highlight. But Thabo's tantrums are starting to be as wearing to the viewer as they are to Elijah, although Elijah's bonding moment with Grace is a nice touch, and it's hard to care much about a cliffhanger centred on him.
