JoJo Siwa is officially inked! The 20-year-old “Dance Moms” alum got her first tattoo and had Raven-Symoné and their wife, Miranda Maday, on hand to help her through the process.
Maday revealed the news on her Instagram Story Sunday, sharing a photo of Siwa on the tattoo table as she prepared for the tattoo, which appears to be going behind her ear.

“bb’s first tattoo,” Maday wrote alongside the black-and-white picture.
Siwa wasn’t the only one getting tatted, Maday also posted a photo of Raven-Symoné in the tattoo chair. “Bb’s too many to count tattoo,” she wrote alongside a similarly styled photo of the “That’s So Raven” star.

In June, Siwa and Raven-Symoné joined fellow LGBTQ+ advocates for P&g and iHeartMedia’s Can’t Cancel Pride 2023 – The Future Starts Now, an evening to celebrate and create a more inclusive and equal world.

Alison Steadman has reflected on filming the first lesbian kiss on British television in the 1974 BBC drama, Girl.
The scene saw Steadman and Myra Frances’s military officers share an intimate moment in the then-controversial drama about gay women in the army.
Speaking in a new reader interview in The Guardian, Steadman, 76, said: “I remember being very nervous about the whole thing. Then I got over it. Then I was worried about how my parents, who lived in a quiet suburban area of Liverpool, would cope.
“I thought, ‘My poor mum! The neighbours will be whispering, “Did you see your daughter on television?”’ By the time we came to record, this great director [Peter Gill] didn’t make a fuss and said, ‘So this is the bit where they kiss … All right, quick kiss, let’s carry on.’

Moretz most recently starred opposite Euphoria‘s Algee Smith in the Mattson Tomlin-directed sci-fi thriller Mother/Android from Miramax and 6th & Idaho Productions, which was released on Hulu in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
She previously starred opposite Isabelle Huppert in Neil Jordan’s thriller Greta for Focus Features, as well as Roseanne Liang’s WWII horror Shadow in the Cloud, which claimed the Midnight Madness People’s Choice Award at the Toronto Film Festival in 2020.
Moretz, prior to those projects, led the gay conversion therapy drama The Miseducation of Cameron Post, which won both critical acclaim and the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2018. She also starred that year in Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria, based on the same-name giallo by Dario Argento, which went on to claim the Independent Spirit Awards’ Robert Altman Award after world premiering in Venice.

Snap announced today that it laid off 20 percent of its staff in a restructure intended to cut costs and save the Snapchat parent’s plunging stock price. Beyond the headcount reduction of about 1,280 employees, one of the key casualties here are Snap-funded originals. Snap will no longer invest in new original programming, although the ones announced in May will still air as planned starting this fall.

Entertainment One is expanding its partnership with unscripted production company Creature Films by signing the “Siesta Key” producer to a multiyear overall deal, Variety has learned exclusively.
The pact, which is the latest extension of a first-look deal originally signed between eOne and Mark Ford’s Creature Films in 2015, evolves the relationship into exclusive development territory and is good through 2024.
Throughout their six-year partnership, Creature Films, which Variety has confirmed recently appointed Pat Lambert as head of development, and eOne have produced MTV’s “Siesta Key,” which was recently renewed for a fifth season, “Behind the Music” for Paramount+, the upcoming Paramount+ doc “The Lady and the Legend” about Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, Amazon’s “Mary J.
