One of the Best films for 2013

I have seen some of the advance scenes for Under The Bridge and I must say I am astounded at the quality of this independent feature. The acting is superb the young lead is simply terrific it is like watching a young Dakota Fanning. and the supporting cast certainly add their best. The most impressive thing was the story capturing a homeless child surviving on the streets after the death of a parent. I live in a city where the homeless wonder about and from time to time I see young people in amongst them but this brought it home to me how fragile life is especially for someone who loves their only family wen they are young.

The gap between the haves and have knots are debated in the presidential elections Washington DC but this story really brings it home. If you have you have a place to sleep food to eat can go to school hopes and dreams. If you have not you will live outside under a bridge and look through garbage cans or to others just for something to put in your stomach.

The movie will jar you out of any complacency and make you more sensitive to those around you and that is a good thing.

NIce Independent Film from Mesa Arizona

It was great being part of this film Under The Bridge after all not that many films are made in Mesa Arizona and this one made right down the street had all the elements of a truly independent production. It had the aging movie star Joe Estevez (uncle to Charlie Sheen) doing a bit role and some great young talent from those who are looking forward to having long and prosperous careers in the movie industry.

The locations in Arizona speak for themselves, it is no wonder so many productions have come to Arizona to film it is a breathtaking state. The cast and crew on Under The Bridge could not have been nicer. The locations - Old hospital, high school closed for Spring Break , under bridge location were all impressive. What I am looking forward to on this film is the final soundtrack by a great musician. The premise a homeless girl challenges a chess player for the city tournament championship is not totally unique but it is not overplayed either. Don't know how this film got bad votes when it is not even released yet.

Love this film

What is not to love about a film with a beautiful homeless girl who is also a chess devotee. The actors are wonderful and it is shot in the Valley of the Son. It not only will touch your heart but it will make you wonder what gifts those you see around you who are homeless have to share with us all.

Nice addition to the world of Teen Oriented Films
boatangeladds23 August 2018
A substantial portion of the world population is made up of homeless teenagers. These young adults lack the life skills needed to sustain their own living. Under the Bridge takes a snapshot look at one of these lives and what can happen to a child left alone to fend for themselves. Surprisingly it is without prejudice and instead engages the viewer on a thoughtful entertaining journey. With a guest appearance by Richard Tyson from Kindergarden Cop Under the Bridge is must watching for anyone under eighteen.
