Let me just start by saying that I had low expectations coming into this episode. I had never heard of Jerrod Carmichael or Gunna. I wasn't too big on the cold open. However, I will say that Jerrod's monologue had me laughing pretty hard. There were a couple good sketches. My favorites were "Post-COVID Game Show" and "Shop TV". Other than those, nothing stuck out to me. Leading up to this episode, people were anticipating a sketch about the Chris Rock and Will Smith Oscars drama, but I felt that the sketch they did about that was very lackluster. I wasn't too big on Gunna, but then again, I'm not that big a rap fan. Overall, this episode was decent. It had its funny moments, but it wasn't great.
