Kasey says that the Interpol notice for Dimitri Lopuchin states that he is wanted and at large, whereabouts unknown. However when the notice is shown on the screen it clearly states under the whereabouts section that he has been dead since 2012, but no one seems to notice this or mention it. In fact they go to all the trouble of contacting an old friend of Ernie's from the NSA to learn Lopuchin's whereabouts and wait up all night to hear back from Ernie's contact, just to get a classified NSA notice stating that Lopuchin is dead, listing the same details as the Interpol notice.
At the diner, Parker receives a text that is time stamped 10:03. Only a couple minutes later he receives another text, but it is time stamped 10:17.
Knight and McGee interview Maxwell in the prison. There is a sign on the wall behind him, saying 'Keep hands in plain view at all times', but his are below the desk throughout.
