If you ever wanted proof that Family Guy has gone downhill because Mike Henry left to produce this show, this is probably the episode.

Cleveland misses his old pal Peter and travels back to Rhode Island to ask him to be best friends again, okay this premise makes no sense as we never saw Cleveland that much in Family Guy and saw Peter with Joe and Quagmire a lot more, but hey they need to get their simple storyline across to the brains of Family Guy's current fan base who must consist of people with brains the size of gerbils. ( According to season 9 and 10 anyway.)
Anyway....
The episode is very cleverly thought out and plotted and it contains content far superior and more humorous than the show it is a spin off of. Without saying much, Cleveland and his friends are going to get raped by a bunch of red necks until it all works out fine in the end.
There's also a nice report between Donna and Rollo that sends a positive message, don't push your kids to do well in what you want them too, they are good at what they are good at, and should be applauded for being themselves.
Thoroughly deserves a 10 star rating, this is everything you could want from a Mcfarlane cross over, it's fab.
