Professional basketball player Kevin Durant recently made headlines when he was seen hugging rapper Yung Miami in a video. The video had fans buzzing about a potential romance between the two as the NBA legend was also seen making googly eyes at the musician. While Durant eyed the rapper for a quick second, the Internet was quick to come to conclusions.
Durant has never been married, and while he has had some high-profile girlfriends before, the basketball player has not been seen with anyone in the recent past. However, rapper Yung Miami was in a relationship with fellow rapper Diddy until 2023. Diddy was reportedly accused of sexual harassment and several lawsuits were filed against the rapper.

Ryan Reynolds isn’t the only Deadpool 3 star hitting the gym again now that the SAG-AFTRA strike is over. So is his costar Hugh Jackman, who is looking seriously jacked.
If you missed it, earlier this week Ryan‘s wife Blake Lively shared some “thirst content” of her “fine ass husband” working up a sweat. Hugh, who is reprising the role of Wolverine in the new movie, responded with a fiery video showing off his own superhuman strength!
Head inside to see Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine workout…
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday (November 15), Hugh shared a video of himself lifting an impressive amount of weight. He soundtracked the clip using AC/DC‘s anthem “Thunderstruck.”
In the accompanying caption he wrote, “Lfg #becomingwolverineagain(again).”
This is a reference to the fact that filming on Deadpool 3 was paused for around four months due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, which ended on November 10 after 118 days.

AC/DC played their first show in seven years on Saturday night (October 7th) at the Power Trip festival in Indio, California. The evening also featured a set by fellow Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Judas Priest.
For this Power Trip gig, AC/DC’s lineup featured classic members Brian Johnson (vocals), Angus Young (lead guitar), and Cliff Williams (bass) alongside Stevie Young (rhythm guitar) and drummer Matt Laug.
Guns N’ Roses and Iron Maiden set the bar high at Power Trip the night before, but AC/DC were up to the challenge, showing no signs of rust as they ripped into “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It),” marking the first time they’ve ever kicked off a set with the Highway to Hell song.
From there, the 24-song set featured one classic after another, with the very next tune being the iconic “Back in Black,” followed by other favorites like “Thunderstruck,...

Dead Island 2 is at its best when the game is just letting you kill as many zombies as possible in the twisted town of Hell-A. Of course, the game is even more fun when you pick the playable slayer that lets you kill as many zombies as possible as effectively as possible.
While all of Dead Island 2‘s playable characters can get you through the game, some are simply better than others. That being the case, here’s a power ranking of every playable character in the game and why you should (or shouldn’t) pick them.
6. Bruno
Backstab: Bruno gets a moderate Damage boost when attacking zombies from behind.
Rapid Reprisal: Boost Bruno’s Agility and Heavy Attack Charges when he avoids attacks with a Block or Dodge.
Buno is Dead Island 2‘s version of the basic Rogue archetype, which means he boasts high critical damage and is looking to backstab zombies.

This article contains mild spoilers for "The Super Mario Bros. Movie."
Aaron Horvath's and Michael Jelenic's "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" contains multiple, perhaps-obvious, pop music cues that accent the film's many action sequences. Early in the film, when Mario (Chris Pratt) and Luigi (Charlie Day) have to traverse a dangerous Brooklyn street on the way to a much-needed plumbing job, The Beastie Boys' 1987 hit "No Sleep Till Brooklyn," from their album "Licensed to Ill" plays on the soundtrack. The line "Our manager's crazy, he always smokes dust" is tactfully omitted. Later in the film, when Mario, Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy), and Toad (Keegan-Michael Key) have to build and drive their own high-octane go-karts, the opening rock strains of AC/DC's 1990 song "Thunderstruck," punctuates the construction.
Both of these music cues have some thematic logic. The more baffling needle drop is the placement of A-ha's 1985 chart-topper "Take on Me,...

The Queen’s former piper, Pipe Major Scott Methven has recalled how King Charles III – formerly known as the Prince of Wales – once asked him to play AC/DC at an event.
The professional bagpiper – who has performed at other events including Sting’s 60th birthday party in 2012 – said that he was able to have a “good laugh” with the royal family.
"I remember one night, it was just the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, and several other members of the family. The invited guests hadn’t arrived so I said I would mix it up and I did movies on the bagpipes,” he said.
"I would go around the tables and it would be like Top Gun and the Prince of Wales (now King Charles) had asked if I could do AC/DC ‘Thunderstruck’.”
Methven also recalled the “banter” that he shared with the Queen during his four years living at Buckingham Palace.

And just like that, winter has come again. HBO Max’s list of new releases for August 2022 is highlighted by the return of the king. Or more accurately: the return of the queen … of the Seven Kingdoms.
Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon is set to premiere on HBO and HBO Max on Aug. 21, just over three years after Game of Thrones concluded in controversial fashion with “The Iron Throne.” This new series is a prequel, depicting the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons from George R.R. Martin’s lore. When dragon fights dragon, the realm will be torn asunder. But the viewer will certainly delight in all the Targaryen action.

Claire Foy is a busy actress.
Just weeks after the news that she will lead the cast of A Very English Scandal Season 2, it has been announced that she will also lead the eight-part BritBox drama, Marlow.
According to Deadline, the series follows "two warring families pitted against each other amid the unsettling and indelible landscape of the Thames Estuary."
Foy will play Evie Wyatt, who returns to the Edgelands, where she lost her father to a firestorm 15 lost years ago, seeking answers and revenge.
The project is eyeing a fall shoot for a 2022 premiere on BritBox.
Tony Grisoni (Southcliffe) and Simon Maxwell (Deep State) are shepherding the project.
“I’m delighted to be a part of this compelling thriller. Tony and Simon’s scripts are so evocative of place and redolent with atmosphere – and the twists, turns and mysteries at the heart of this drama are utterly gripping," Foy said of her casting.

Freeform is the latest network to appear it the Television Critics Association winter press tour, and we got many announcements.
Leading the day was the premiere date of Cruel Summer, the network's new Jessica Biel-produced thriller.
The series will premiere with a two-hour event on Tuesday, April 20, at 9:00 p.m.
From executive producer Jessica Biel (The Sinner), Cruel Summer is a psychological thriller that follows two young women: Kate Wallis, the popular girl with a charmed life who one day goes missing, and Jeanette Turner, the nerdy wannabe who is accused of being connected to Kate’s disappearance.
All signs point to Jeanette’s guilt, but is Kate really who she seems to be? Set over three summers and told through shifting points of view, the series challenges perception and follows how one girl can go from being a sweet outlier to the most despised person in America.

Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia ended on a hell of a note. Here’s what the ending could mean for the show’s future.
“You can almost imagine the pitch meeting for Ginny & Georgia: ‘What if we do Gilmore Girls, only with more sex and Lorelai’s a criminal mastermind?’ By the end of the 10-episode first season of the new Netflix series, that’s basically exactly what the drama has provided.”
Read more at Thrillist.

That was fast.
Just a year after Criminal Minds went off the air, and just days after a revival was teased, Paramount+ has officially ordered a reboot of the beloved series.
Details are scarce about the project, but it will follow the team investigating a single case over ten brand-new episodes, suggesting that it will be a limited series.
News of the revival so soon after the original series wrapped is somewhat surprising, but it is a huge series across the globe, and if the streamer is serious about expanding, this could be one of the best shows to do it with.
The CBS original series focused on a group of criminal profilers who work for the FBI as members of its Behavioral Analysis Unit using behavioral analysis and profiling to investigate crimes and find perpetrators.

Jessica Rothe cemented herself as a scream queen to be reckoned with via her two Happy Death Day films, but fans and critics alike will also agree that her handling of the franchise’s dramatic material was just as impressive, if not more so. After two successful Blumhouse films, Universal Pictures clearly felt the same way since they quickly found another starring vehicle for Rothe in the form of Marc Meyers’ All My Life, which is based on the tragic true story of newlyweds Jenn Carter and Solomon Chau. Rothe stars as Jenn, whose engagement to “Sol” (Harry Shum Jr.) is upended by ...

This book is like one of those film trailers you see over and over months before the film itself actually comes out. I’ve been hearing about Crossover for a while, and anticipation has been building steadily. Unlike most trailers, though, advance word didn’t give away all the good stuff to come, just that there was good stuff to come. Written by Donny Cates and drawn by Geoff Shaw, this is from a creative team with good form. Responsible for Image series God Country and Thanos Wins for Marvel, these two have good form, and I’m hoping Crossover lives up to expectations. Let’s take a look.
First off, what an incredible cover. Loved it. Cates jumps straight in with what I guess will be the philosophical heart of the book, ‘what exactly is real?’. It’s an interesting point.

On the surface, AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck,” Manfred Mann’s Earth Band’s “Blinded by the Light,” and Tom Jones’ “Valerie” have nothing in common. They were recorded in different decades, targeted at different demographics, and they don’t sound even remotely alike. But they all feature the drumming of Chris Slade, a journeyman Welsh musician who has also played with Olivia Newton-John, Tom Paxton, Uriah Heep, David Gilmour, the Firm, Gary Moore, and Asia.

NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 3
One thing that NOS4A2 did between seasons is tinker with its special effects. For whatever reason, Charlie Manx as an old man looks a little better than he did the previous season.
All across the board, it seems, the special effects seem to be coming across the screen better, from the blood and guts of previous episodes to things like the scarred-up ghost living in the Manx house on the outskirts of the Manx inscape, just outside the gates of Christmasland.
However, one effect that doesn’t hold up when seen frequently is the razor-sharp teeth of the children keeping Millie company and eating whatever drifters Charlie brings home. When they just show up, it looks fine. A child flashes a creepy, fanged smile while sitting in the back seat of the Wraith? Perfect. Millie Manx tries to emote with a mouth full of digitally enhanced dentures?...

When Pokémon Sword and Shield released last fall, one glaring hole in an otherwise amazing game was the lack of opportunity to “catch ’em all,” by which I mean the nearly 900 Pokémon from the franchise as a whole. The Pokédex was woefully lacking some of the franchise’s best creatures, and GameFreak made it clear well before launch that not all of your favorite pocket monsters would make the cut. Thankfully, that’s been (somewhat) rectified. The first Dlc expansion, The Isle of Armor, is now available, and the true bread and butter of this content is not the brief story content; it’s the ability to catch so many classic Pokémon in and around the island.
The Isle of Armor is the first of two post-game Dlc chapters, and as the name implies, it takes place on an island in the Galar region. Upon downloading the content and booting up either Sword or Shield,...

The Titans meet the Doom Patrol in a perfectly weird, totally fun episode.
This Titans review contains spoilers.
Titans Episode 4
The nerve of Titans. No, seriously. Who just drops a backdoor pilot for another series in its fourth ever episode? There is no Titans team yet. We've barely seen them fight crime at all, let alone do anything as a unit, and here they are introducing a whole other set of legendary DC Comics characters. What kind of show does that?!?
Well, a good one, to be honest.
I'm starting to think that by nature of Titans existing on the most specific, targeted streaming platform of them all, one that exists solely for DC Comics superfans, if certain rules simply do not apply. No, I don't mean about overall quality of production or performance, but I mean in terms of the kind of storytelling shorthand it can get away with.

Welcome to this edition of the WWE Week In Review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have lots of excellent wrestling matches to cover, so let’s do so.
Worst Promo:
A Moment Of Boredom (Raw) – Alexa Bliss was in one of those “A Moment of Bliss” vignettes that are performed well, but still manage to be dull… like most of today’s television shows.
Best Promo:
Ciampa’s Promise (Nxt) – Tommaso Ciampa pledged to destroy Velveteen Dream if he got in his way. This was a good old-fashioned declaration of war and made Velveteen Dream interesting for the first time in his career.
Worst Moment:
Thundersucked (Super Show Down) – Elias played Thunderstruck before a match. I don’t know if you know this, but Elias can’t sing… and this is a wrestling show.
Best Moment:
Your Team Left (Raw) – As a promo, this was average until the end,...

Beloved Nashville power-punk band Diarrhea Planet had already booked their farewell shows when Jason Isbell’s camp called offering an item on every Music City musician’s bucket list: a gig at the Ryman.
“Being [from] Nashville, if somebody calls you and asks you to play at the Ryman, you can’t really pass it up,” frontman Jordan Smith tells Rolling Stone of what’s slated to be the serious band with the infamously shitty name’s last hurrah, opening the fifth show of Isbell’s six-night run next month at...

Hoosiers and White Men Can’t Jump are just two basketball movies that have stood the test of time? Although directed by William Friedkin and starring Shaquille O’Neal, Blue Chips was a disappointment, and there’s really not much to say about Kevin Durant’s Thunderstruck. Kyrie Irving and Lil Rel Howery are two big reasons why Uncle [...]
