The beekeeper says that it is a queen bee that lands on Grimm's hand when he is being questioned. But queen bees only leave their hives on two occasions: on their mating flights (when they get impregnated) and when a new queen takes some of the workers in a swarm to form a new hive. Neither case applies in this instance.
When the detectives are in the morgue for the first time, Dr. Harper mentions that bees are part of phylum Anthropoda rather than the correct Arthropoda.
After the bus victim was administered to the morgue, the doctor in charge said "I've never seen a gauge this big", referring to the gaping hole in the side of the victim's neck (we know the hole was large because the detective in the prior scene suggested that the victim was stabbed with a nail. The gauge number and needle sizes are inversely proportional. Instead, the doctor should have said: "I've never seen a gauge this small".
The beekeeper states that he was at a Howard Johnson's in Eugene. There is no Howard Johnson's in Eugene.
When Nick and Hank are in the underground garage the car window is partially down. You can see a crew member wearing sun glasses in the reflection in the window.
Juliette tells Hank and Nick that a scout bee will return to the hive and signal others to follow, bringing the others with it back to the source of food. In fact, scouts are capable of giving "directions" well enough that the scout bee need never return to the food source for the other bees to find it.
