The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards are history, but, as per usual, the three-hour ceremony left us with more than a few burning questions. Here’s the scoop on some of the evening’s biggest mysteries.
After accepting his trophy for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series, Friday Night Lights champ Kyle Chandler raced back to the mic, but his audio had already been cut off. What did he say?
“I was thanking my TV wife, Connie Britton,” Chandler told TVLine at the Governors Ball later that night. “It takes two to dance, and she was the other partner. I also...

The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards were held in the early hours of this morning, and though I unfortunately wasn’t able to watch it, the results are in, courtesy of the Emmys’ own site, with so much great talent being deservedly well recognised.
For those unable to watch the show, you can catch it on Five USA at 10 tonight, with your host for the evening being Jane Lynch, best known for her role as Sue Sylvester in Glee.
We took a look at the nominations last night, as well as some of the awards that had already been announced, with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Gwyneth Paltrow, Paul McCrane, and Futurama already receiving their awards in an earlier ceremony last weekend.
For now, we shall turn our attention to last night though, and the brilliant winners from the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards.

Modern Family kicked off the 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards with two big wins on Sunday - TV husband and wife Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen walked away with the first honours of the night.
Bowen, who plays Claire Dunphy in the hit U.S. TV show, beat out veteran stars Jane Lynch (Glee) and Betty White (Hot In Cleveland), her Modern Family co-star Sofia Vergara, 30 Rock's Jane Krakowski, and Saturday Night Live's Kristen Wiig for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
Accepting the award, a stunned Bowen gasped, "Oh my god, are you kidding me! I don't know what to talk about in therapy next week now! I won something!"
She then thanked the show's writers and Emmy voters, and paid tribute to her "two husbands", saying, "For now I just want to thank the two most important people in my life, my two husbands: my TV husband Ty Burrell, who helps to manage my fear on a daily basis and who makes Claire Dunphy possible; and my real husband, Scott, happy anniversary."
Bowen's win occurred just days after she celebrated her seventh wedding anniversary to real estate investor Scott Phillips on 9 September.
And it was a double joy for the Modern Family team when Burrell claimed the second award of the night, for Outstanding Supporting Actor in the same genre.
He remembered his late father as he collected the award, triumphing over onscreen pals Ed O'Neill, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet for the prize, in addition to Glee's Chris Colfer and Jon Cryer from Two and a Half Men.
The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards are being presented by Jane Lynch at Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre.

The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards are being held in the early hours of tomorrow morning, and so in the run-up to the ceremony, we thought we’d give you a run-down of this year’s nominees.
For those able to watch the show (which is also being shown on Five USA tomorrow night at 10), you can look forward to your host for the evening being Jane Lynch, best known for her role as Sue Sylvester in Glee.
And for those unacquainted with the awards, you can pretty much think of them as the television equivalent to the Oscars, with the Primetime Emmy Awards recognising the best talent in primetime television.
A few of the awards were already presented to the winners at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards last weekend, so I’ll do a summary of those categories first, followed by the nominees for tonight’s awards ceremony. There are...
