There's some nice community spirit going on here as Sonya tries to organise a Christmas party for the local children.Callum and Sophie commenting on events is a nice touch and Toadie coming to Sonya's rescue after her hideously bad attempt to play Santa is a genuinely touching moment.Even Paul gets some nice ironic moments.
Meanwhile, a trip to a lock-up sees Karl and Susan...well, locked up together.A trip down memory lane with added booze surprisingly, but pleasingly, doesn't bring the obvious result with Susan still convinced that they made the right choice in breaking up.Hopefully this is a sign the show is willing to take risks at last.
