An internal Xbox email leaked two days ago, confirming the closure of four studios. After this, the whole internet went after Phil Spencer and every head of the Microsoft gaming division.

This user shared a screenshot of the user Spencer and how many achievements he has for this title, and the entire community is scrutinizing him.

Marvel Studios has plenty of projects in the making, even after it was announced by Iger that they plan on significantly reducing their output. One of the most anticipated projects it’s certainly an ‘X-Men’ live-action reboot.
The reboot has been in plans ever since Disney took control of Fox properties X-Men and Fantastic Four. Now we don’t know whether the rumor we have for you is tied specifically to the X-Men reboot but it certainly sounds like that.
According to MyTimeToShineHello, a somewhat reliable leaker and scooper, Janelle Monàe is in talks to join the MCU franchise, as none other than Storm.

This article contains spoilers for X-Men ’97.
X-Men ’97 is all set for its finale, which began with the first entry in a three-part saga with X-Men ’97 Episode 8, Tolerance is Extinction Part 1. There were a lot of stand-out moments from the episode, but the chief among them was when Magneto was able to escape from Bastion’s clutches and emit a global Emp that rendered the Prime Sentinels of the world and global the electrical grid dead.
Magneto in X-Men ’97
Seeing that Magneto had a very uneasy peace with humanity when he took over from Charles Xavier and that he declared war thanks to Bastion’s actions, the X-Men could be headed to a particularly brutal fight with the Master of Magnetism, one that could directly result in the emergence of a terrifying foe, who could be the antagonist for Season 2 of X-Men ’97.

Thanks to the X-Men franchise, Halle Berry was once synonymous with the Marvel superhero Storm. But when it was time to reprise her role as the mutant, she couldn’t play the character like she did in the past.

Berry’s role as Storm seemed to increase with each subsequent X-Men film. Although she didn’t play as big of a part in the first movie, she was at the forefront of X2 and especially The Last Stand. After the original X-Men trilogy, the franchise moved in another direction, focusing on a younger version of the cast. But X-Men Days of Future Past saw the younger X-Men interact with older counterparts.

In the vast cosmos of fandoms, Marvel and DC stand miles apart despite both sharing several similarities. Yet, fans of the two are often embroiled in clashes and rivalries, arguing over a plethora of things and blasting each other off. However, one particular figure, Zack Snyder, has often united the two fandoms. Not because of his talent and work but because fans love to hate the ingenious filmmaker for his feat in the DC universe.

But disrupting this harmony of hate is the X-Men ’97 creator Beau DeMayo, who recently showed his unabashed admiration for Zack Snyder.

Zack Snyder had his own unique approach to making his DC movies that created the very essence of the Snyderverse. Of course, the director has often found himself amid several criticisms throughout his tenure at DC, but he is also known for the defense of his vision.

Snyder’s DC tenure ended after James Gunn and Peter Safran took over the studio. Still, the director has been very protective of his philosophy— often casting the inherent darkness on the characters. Particularly, putting them into a pit of moral dilemma.

This article contains spoilers for X-Men ‘97 episode 4.
X-Men ‘97 episode 4 “Motendo” brings back a familiar villain, Mojo (voiced by David Errigo Jr.). Per his usual M.O., Marvel’s weirdest baddie kidnaps a couple members of the X-family, transporting them to a dangerous world of entertainment where they have to fight for their lives for his amusement. This time, newcomer Sunspot (Gui Agustini) and Jubilee (Holly Chou) are the victims, and on the latter’s 18th birthday, no less.
Sunspot and Jubilee are forced inside a 16-bit video game which bears a striking resemblance to the classic X-Men game created for the Sega Genesis (which was perhaps the only other X-Men property which had a theme song that could rival the animated series), and when inside this digital nightmare, the two must fight their way out. Mojo throws everything he can at the young mutants, but along the way,...

Mojo throws everything he can at the young mutants, but along the way,...

This article contains spoilers for X-Men ’97 episode 4.
Rising from the ashes of X-Men: The Animated Series like a Dark Phoenix, X-Men ‘97 has done a stellar job of bringing fan-favorites like Scott, Jean, and Wolverine back into the fray. While Marvel Studios’ producer Brad Winderbaum has revealed that production is already underway for seasons 2 and 3, some sneaky hints suggest that the lineup of this colorful cartoon caper could soon look a little different.
The Original X-Men
X-Men ‘97 has largely stuck with the series staples of X-Men: The Animated Series, albeit with the additions of Morph and Bishop while swapping out Professor Xavier for a reformed Magneto. Several Easter eggs have referenced both old and new teams, with the season premiere reminding us the current roster is far from the original lineup of Charles Xavier’s Gifted Youngsters.
A nostalgic picture of the “original” team is on display at the school.

Saying that James Marsden rose to fame as Cyclops (Scott Summers) after he starred in Fox’s 2000 flick adaptation of the mutant team, X-Men, won’t be wrong. Playing the mutant Scott Summers, who shoots intense energy beams from his eyes, Marsden made his X-Men team debut alongside Patrick Stewart’s Professor X, Famke Janssen’s Jean Grey, and Halle Berry’s Storm.
Despite being a prominent character in Marvel Comics, Cyclops’ role in the X-Men films was nevertheless greatly diminished. And he seemed so unimportant that the third installment of the series, X-Men: The Last Stand, could have done without him.

Director Brett Ratner took over X-Men: The Last Stand after Bryan Singer left the series to work on Warner Bros.’ Superman Returns, as per the report from Variety.

X-Men ’97 opened to positive reviews on Disney+ and many critics hailed it as a nostalgic throwback to the original X-Men: The Animated Series. Just before its release, the showrunner Beau DeMayo exited the series for some unspecified reason, starting a whole new rumor mill on the internet. When he was part of the show, DeMayo revealed that Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man films would have never happened if it was not for the original X-Men animated series.
X-Men: The Animated Series
The original show ran from 1992 to 1997 and garnered a whole generation of kids and young adults as fans of the show. The new series picks up from the events of the finale of X-Men: The Animated Series and brings back most of the original cast.

The X-Men franchise has always had a special part in the hearts of fans of the superhero genre. Over the years, the mutants have become a symbol of inclusion, rightly so. The entire credit of bringing these fan-favorite comic characters to life goes to none other than filmmaker Bryan Singer who is responsible for films like X-Men and Days of Future Past.
A still from X-Men (2000)
However, before Bryan Singer could bring these films to the screen, writer Chris Claremont had a different idea about what an X-Men film should look like. In his dream film, he would have loved to have renowned filmmaker James Cameron as the producer. In fact, Chris Claremont had a completely different casting for both Wolverine and Storm in his mind.

It’s official: Kaitlyn Dever has joined the second season of HBO’s The Last of Us.
The No One Will Save You and Last Man Standing star has been cast in the role of Abby, a pivotal character in the PlayStation game upon which the postapocalyptic drama series is based.
The character description: “Abby is a skilled soldier whose black-and-white view of the world is challenged as she seeks vengeance for those she loved.”
Dever has had a previous connection with the show, as the game’s fans lobbied for years for her to get the starring role of Ellie (which went to Bella Ramsey) given Dever’s striking resemblance to the Ellie character in the game. The 27-year-old even reportedly auditioned for the role, but producers wanted a younger actor for the part (Ramsey is 20).

Pink Floyd is best known as the band whose Dark Side of the Moon broke all records as the longest charting album in rock music history. Dozens of their songs are classic rock staples, the feature length film of their rock opera The Wall is a cult classic, and their sound is as instantly recognizable as their enigmatic back story. Have You Got It Yet? The Story of Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd is co-directed by Roddy Bogawa, the filmmaker behind Taken by Storm: The Art of Storm Thorgerson and Hipgnosis, and Storm Thorgerson, a Pink Floyd intimate who started the graphic arts team which illustrated the band’s most iconic album covers. But the band’s founder and guiding light, Syd Barrett, dimmed in the glare of the spotlight, leaving the group after their second album, long before they achieved the stratospheric success their later work would bring. Druids might be the best Endgame class in Diablo 4. Druids are also almost certainly the worst class to level in Diablo 4. Learning to love the former means learning to deal with the latter. That’s why we’re here.
While these builds will help you get through the painful process of leveling a Druid, please note that these are pure leveling builds. They’re builds that you can realistically aspire to achieve between levels 1-50 (the Diablo 4 “leveling” range). They will not last you into the endgame, and you will need to replace them with a proper Endgame build as soon as you are able. That said, they help make the painful leveling process just a little easier.

Passengers feared for their lives on Carnival Sunshine’s cruise ship last Friday evening as they faced 80 mph winds in the rough seas with 17-foot swells, all in the middle of a developing storm.
“On Carnival Sunshine, everything the sunlight touches has been drenched with an extra dose of fun,” the cruise ship’s website says.
But instead of an extra dose of fun, Carnival Sunshine was drenched with the water from a powerful storm.
The ship is capable of fitting over 3,000 guests and 1,040 crew members. Passengers were on a five-day round-trip to the Bahamas when the violent storm blew in, which lasted for 12 hours.
Guests said they were scared for their lives.
Making their situation even more terrifying, many passengers said that the captain or crew did not update them for over 12 hours.

HBO Max is dead. Long live Max.
The new combined streaming service launched on Tuesday, and in addition to housing all of HBO Max and Discovery+’s content in one place, Max also plays host to a robust library of movies and TV shows streaming in 4K Uhd. At launch, more than 1,000 hours of programming are available in 4K, and Max says more will be added in the coming months.
Right now, you can stream all the “Harry Potter” movies, the “Lord of the Rings” and “Hobbit” trilogies, the “Dark Knight” trilogy, the “Matrix” films, “Dune,” “Joker” and even “The Wizard of Oz” and “Goodfellas” in 4K. Additionally, acclaimed (and cinematic) HBO series like “House of the Dragon,” “Barry” and “Succession” are also streaming in 4K, with additional shows (and seasons) to come.

It’s been a long time coming, but with the reveal of the final Dlc for Marvel’s Midnight Suns in “Blood Storm”, Firaxis has also announced that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Midnight Suns will finally arrive later this month. The trailer for “Barbie” has sparked a flurry of excitement for the increasingly-intriguing movie from Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach. The movie is generating a lot of buzz ahead of its July 21 release later this year (the same day as Christopher Nolan‘s “Oppenheimer”) although little is known of it in the way of plot. The official IMDb synopsis reads: “To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken.”
What we do know, however, is how astounding the cast is. Margot Robbie leads the line as Barbie while Ryan Gosling stars opposite her as Ken. Then, there are plenty of other variations of Barbies and Kens. Here’s a run down.

Season 2 of the Netflix fantasy series Shadow and Bone is now available for streaming, and fans can’t get enough of The Darkling (Ben Barnes) and Kaz Brekker (Freddy Carter). The pair lead a cast of dark and fantastical characters as they evoke supernatural powers creating mystical worlds and alternate dimensions. The highly-successful series is based on the Grishaverse novels by author Leigh Bardugo. After fans waited almost two years for new episodes, the second season of Shadow and Bone premiered on March 16 on Netflix. The new season adapts Leigh Bardugo’s Siege and Storm as well as Ruin and Rising, bringing the novelized Shadow and Bone trilogy to a close.
However, the source material for Bardugo’s Grishaverse does not end with that core trilogy. Rather, it continues with two more duologies: Six of Crows and King of Scars. Unlike King of Scars, some details from the Six of Crows books have already crept into the Shadow and Bone series. And as it turns out, scripts for a Six of Crows spinoff series have already been completed.

Illustrator Alex Ross has created a new expanding variant comic book cover to celebrate Marvel Comics' "X-Men" 60th anniversary, paying homage to artist Jim Lee's iconic "X-Men" #1 cover from 1991:
"With the 'X-Men' piece, I didn't originally make the design. I copied an existing classic cover design that everybody would know and connect to", said Ross about the cover.
"The 'X-Men' piece is showing an accentuation of the action, where it's a split-second difference later."
"Wolverine is completing a full attack swipe and everybody is attacking harder. I added in the bit with lightning coming from 'Storm', which would be a split second of movement."

Alina and Mal found a bit of peace, but that quickly got foiled when Alina learned her nightmares were real.
Shadow and Bone Season 2 Episode 1 saw Alina dreaming of Kirigan inside the fold while the Crows dealt with their issues.
Pekka managed to kill the woman whose name was on the deed for the Crow Club, which means the club now was his: as was Inej's contract.
Mal and Alina continued their romance, but their romantic interactions kept getting interrupted by multiple outside occurrences.
Both of them managed to get caught, causing them to flee the land they had just arrived in.
We didn't see much of the Zemeni side of things, so hopefully, they get brought back into the future. Just as Alina did, we learned that the Zemeni consider their magic users blessed and don't categorize them.
The Zemeni saved Alina and Mal later in the episode, much to everyone's surprise.

The following contains Shadow and Bone spoilers.
The second season of Shadow and Bone is absolutely jam-packed with big moments of both the emotional and the magical variety, adapting the events of two of Leigh Bardugo’s Grishaverse novels (Siege and Storm and Ruin and Rising) and adding multiple shocking new twists entirely of its own making along the way.

Netflix’s “Shadow and Bone” Season 2 will continue to immerse viewers into the fictional fantasy world created by Leigh Bardugo, author of the “Shadow and Bone” trilogy and the “Six of Crows” duology.
Landing on the streamer March 16, the second season of the YA fantasy series adapts both “Siege and Storm” and “Ruin and Rising” from Bardugo’s trilogy while sprinkling in elements from the “Six of Crows” duology. New characters from both parts of the Grishaverse enter the story this round as well, including Tolya Yul-bataar (Lewis Tan), Tamar Kir-bataar (Anna Leong Brophy), Sturmhond aka Nikolai Lantsov (Patrick Gibson) and Wylan Hendricks (Jack Wolfe).
Season 1 laid a complex foundation for the elaborate universe that houses this story, and for those that need a refresher on what exactly happened in the first season, look no further. We’ll do our best to summarize, from the intricacies to the adventures.

For most of the video game of The Last of Us, players play as Joel. But there’s a chunk of gameplay in which the action switches to Ellie’s point of view, and that’s where we land at the start of this week’s episode.
While Joel is down for the count, courtesy of the wound he sustained at the end of Episode 6, the series employs a flashback that’ll be familiar to those who’ve played Left Behind, the downloadable content (aka enhancement game) that serves as a corollary to the video game on which the show is based.

With the sleepy release months of January and February behind us, the time has come to enter March, where a deluge of exciting titles await. Prepare for the much-anticipated return of fan-favorite TV series: everything from "The Mandalorian" and "Ted Lasso" to "Succession" and "Yellowjackets." Even "Riverdale" is on the way back, if that's the kind of chaos that you're into! But enough about other streaming services — what's going on over at Netflix, the Og spot for a weekend binge?
The streamer has recently revealed their release slate, detailing everything to come in March 2023 and there's a lot going on. For one thing, they've somehow managed to produce yet another season of "Love Is Blind," an often painful-to-watch dating reality series where terrible decisions are made and basically nothing good ever happens. Netflix has been going hard on the reality front for a while now, something that certainly isn't slowing down,...

Things are getting more complicated (and hotter) in the Grishaverse with the Sun Summoner getting involved in a love quadrangle in season 2 of Netflix's "Shadow and Bone." The last time we saw Alina Starkov (Jessie Mei Li) in the season finale, she managed to free herself from the influence of the brooding, manipulative General Kirigan (Ben Barnes), who tried harnessing her powers using Morozova's collar. This is the moment Alina chooses to truly step into her power and do what's necessary to snatch back her autonomy. Deciding that it is best to go into hiding, she and Mal (Archie Renaux) are seen walking into the unknown, with the knowledge that the Darkling's reign has finally come to an end. Little do they know that Kirigan is very much alive, and more intent than ever to track Alina down, no matter what the cost.

Are you ready to delve into what happened to Ellie Prior to The Last of Us Season 1 Episode 1?
HBO has dropped the official trailer for The Last of Us Season 1 Episode 7, which is an adaptation of the "Left Behind" Dlc for the first game in the video game series.
The trailer showcases Ellie in a quarantine zone, and things aren't going how she expected.
There are undoubtedly rules that teenagers have to follow to remain in these safe compounds.
They're also being set up to be officers for Fedra, which may or may not be what Ellie wants.
Riley (played by Euphoria's Storm Reid) seemingly shows up for Ellie in the dead of night after being missing.
The trailer then shows them crossing rooftops before landing at a shopping mall.
Ellie is enamored with the lights as the shopping center comes to life when the electricity is turned on.

Director Bryan Singer has had quite the fall from grace, with his entire reputation–whatever it really was–dismantled soon after numerous accusations of sexual misconduct came out in the mid-2010s. But there are still some that defend Bryan Singer, like actor Brian Cox, who worked with him on X2.
In a new interview with Yahoo! Entertainment, Cox–who played William Stryker in the 2003 sequel X2–came to the defense of the normally defenseless Bryan Singer, also praising the movie (a far less bold move). “I’m biased, but I think of all the X-Men movies, that’s probably the best one…It’s my favorite of those films.” Cox added, “One of his great things was that when he came to a new set, he would have to rethink it…He’d have a thought, and then have to rethink [the scene]. So that was always a difficult transition for him.
