  Jean-Luc Picard : Oh, yes. Of course, the Titan.

  Jack Crusher : Not quite. At least, not anymore.

  Doctor Beverly Crusher : You'll have to forgive the subterfuge, Jean-Luc. We know your aversion to fanfare.

  Jack Crusher : She's been rechristened in honor of you and your crew.

  [the shuttlecraft flies above the ship, revealing the number "NCC-1701-G" and the name "USS Enterprise"] 

  Jack Crusher : Names mean almost everything.
