Mr. Moto (the name used for the Yakuza boss voiced by George Takei, was a Japanese secret agent character, subject of many movies (Think Fast, Mr. Moto (1937), starring Peter Lorre, and many sequels), novels, and winking references in cartoons and other shows.
Mr. Moto calls Pam "Shiro kabocha", which means "white pumpkin" in Japanese. "Shiroi kage" actually means "white shadow".
