Sex & Nudity

- Some female zombies are mostly seen in bikinis and male zombies are mostly seen in swimming trunks.

- Players can destroy, dismember, and behead zombies using a wide assortment of weapons -- both range and of the melee variety -- and can also stomp on someone's head (with a dense splash sound).
- The military ship goes out of control and crashes into a giant rock.
- A zombie called "Grenadier" will pull toxic parts out of its body and throw it at the player.
- You can get a trophy/achievement for killing 100 zombies when using the boat's speed boost.
- Images of dead body parts and hanging bodies can be seen, too.
- Players use knives, axes, shotguns, machine guns, and rifles to kill dozens of zombies (as well as occasional human enemies) that attack in waves.
- Combat is intensified by screams of pain, realistic gunfire, and slow-motion camera effects.
- Large blood-splatter effects occur during battle; several scenes depict zombie dismemberment/decapitation.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Players can consume alcohol in the game and their vision becomes blurred.
- There are also images of inebriated characters who are stumbling around and slurring words.
- One of your missions is tied to retreiving narcotics for another character who is going through withdrawal (and talks of "shooting up").
- Another mission requires players to retrieve drugs for a character; when the player gives the drugs to the character, snorting sounds can be heard.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There's a lot of killing going on in this game and it may be intense for some.
- The Infected's bone-chilling shriek may frighten some young players.
- Many jump scares when zombies suddenly jump at your character and attack them.
- Some frightening scenes such as zombies reaching out of the water to kill you on a boat.
- There's a zombie called "Screamer" that screams that makes your attacks impossible, this may frighten some young players.
