Again, this is rather good, showing the characters at their best. Heath's attempts to do right by all his family seem to dovetail into Bianca's concerns about her own extended family.The conclusion they come to is rather good.The conclusion that everyone comes to about April and Dex...not so good, but in the circumstances there's not really a lot else they could have done.Interesting that Sasha seems to be the one who'll miss Dexter most.Attempts at a cute(and bare minimum) powerpoint presentation aside, it does seem Charles Cottier is working overtime to stop Dexter disappearing into the rather ordinary story lines he's being given.
The other plot line centres around John suddenly deciding to take on Jett permanently.This, it has to be said, is a bit odd since Jett's already run away from one foster family but perhaps someone felt John needed an epiphany moment.And it does allow a nice moment of him getting one up on Gina.
