This 1930 short film was part of a series of proto-music videos set to classical music. The most famous of these efforts is THE WIZARD'S APPRENTICE, but HUNGARIAN RHAPSODY is also worth the time of any classic film enthusiast. The timing with the music is good and the editing is quite rapid for the period. While the plot is a standard "save the damsel" tale, the production design and creative camerawork are a lot of fun.
