Hannah and Bailey's investigation leads to shocking confrontations. The use of Owen's college stories to construct a subplot of the past characters is an excellent addition to the storyline. Jennifer Garner and Angourie Rice deliver powerful performances, and the dialogues are well-written and capture the mood and tone of the episode perfectly. The addition of the off-season wedding and the new identity that matches Owen creates an intriguing twist that makes up for a great cliffhanger. The revelation of Bailey's mom further complicates the story and raises the suspense bar. The confrontation between Hannah and the deputy is a tense and well-executed scene that foreshadows the deputy's role in the missing triangle, which could lead to something unexpected. The Last Thing He Told Me Episode 4 is a well-crafted, suspenseful, and thrilling continuation of the story that will keep viewers hooked until the end. Olivia is Bailey's biological mother, but the mystery of why they married under different names remains. The roster did not have their names when it should have. The creative decision to integrate Hannah's childhood memories and her likeness with Bailey was appreciated. This added layers to the narrative and progressed the bond between Hannah and Bailey. The investigation in Sausalito is not going well and Grady's connection to Owen's past remains a point of tension and intrigue.
