Ace Arts claims that Sony/Atv sabotaged its film “The Beatles: The Lost Concert” by asserting “spurious copyright infringement threats with respect” to the film, which explores “the inital impact of the Beatles in America from.

'Tis the season for allegations on how overstepping intellectual property rights can lead to trouble. Last week came a $500 million lawsuit against Lionsgate for interfering with a Twilight parody film. Now, a new lawsuit claims that Sony/Atv Music Publishing and Apple Corps tortiously interfered with the release of the documentary The Beatles: The Lost Concert. According to Ace Arts, the company got ahold of a 35-minute tape of a Feb. 11, 1964 Beatles concert at the Coliseum in Washington, D.C.
