When you hear about a show of a popular glam queen with several years of experience in the film industry you expect the show to have a lot more content. Moving in with Mallika was great in flashes but mostly dull as ashes! She talks about body positivity with Bharti but has trashed her own sister for her weight in the stand up in an earlier episode! She says she's proud of her body, she knows there's paparazzi around yet she wears itsy bitsy clothes and her feathers get ruffled if they click pics of her body parts! You loving showing your body and people like to see it! What are you complaining about? The people I enjoyed watching were Karan, Neha and amrita. They came across real, funny and unapologetic! Although I'm guilty of watching many episodes because A) hoping it would get better B) I honestly think Malaika is Inspiring the way she's taken care of herself C) I thought they would come up with more characters on the show like Karan! But they used the best one first!

Anyway, wishing the team all the best! Hope you come out with a more real and happening season 2 and make it a better version than the kardashians!

Ps. Stop with the product pushing. It's off putting.

Expected more from Mala

Malaika Arora has been admired since her 'Chaiya Chaiya' days. I have loved watching her interviews in the past and wanted a glimpse into the life of this mysterious beauty.

Malaika has always seemed like she doesn't want to give away any details about her life so when this show came out I was waiting to get to know her a little better. I was hoping to see her workout routines, what she eats in a day, how she manages her day, her interactions with various people working for her such as stylists and Make up artists. I wanted to see her cook and do yoga and talk about her macros and how she deals with paps and trolls.

Instead the show is about various brand promotions on repeat. She is promoting 6 brands throughtout the show sometimes multiple times.

The show felt scripted and small incidents were narrated multiple times with a lot of unnecessary drama. It got repetitive and boring.

This could have been any celebrity show. It didn't really potray anything unique or different that Malaika is as a person.

Avoid this fake as hell show!

Here are few things I can suggest you do you can see rather than watching this piece of garbage-

1. Watch paint dry 2. Watch your nails grow 3 Watch ants carry sugar

Trust me that would be more interesting.this is a painful watch, horribly scripted & layered with stupidity. I saw 4 episodes just see if there was any hope after the dreadful first episode which features hamming Farrah Khan and over dramatic Malaika who is super obsessed with herself and keeps repeating herself through all 4 episodes. The whole show is about her PR team trying to sell her divorce and her dating choice and help her play a victim card. That's the theme that keeps repeating itself right from first episode to that so called stand up which is unfunny as hell. And it seems like Divorce and dating Arjun are her only talents given how she is trying to milk them.

If you really like Malaika better follow her on Instagram and be happy watching all the paparazzi shots at least that way you would have some respect for her.

A Rip Off

Sound similar to keeping up with the kardashians. Just don't watch the show , waste of time . Not even worth it.

The first episode, which has 'kamini' Farah Khan as the first guest, addressed many aspects of the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl's life. From the revelation that she was actually not the first choice for Chaiyya Chaiyya to her accident, her relationship with ex-husband Arbaaz Khan and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor, Malaika did share a glimpse into her life.

However, instead of taking up topics one by one, the actress jumps into them all at once in the very first episode. While that does work in setting the mood and letting us know what to expect, it does not go deeper into anything.

An Annoying Watch

The show is an exclusive and insightful look into the life of Indian celebrity, alaika Arora.

24 years ago, Malaika Arora rose to fame after her appearance in the famous Bollywood song Chaiyyan Chaiyyan along with Shah Rukh Khan.

Since then, she has chalked her own career path-as a fabulous dancer, fashionista, reality show judge, and entrepreneur.

But more than anything else, she took immense pride and joy in raising her son Arhaan Khan, along with her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan. Over the years, she is also been in the news for her divorce from Arbaaz Khan after 19 years of marriage.

More recently she is making news for being in a relationship with actor Arjun Kapoor. Being a public figure, and one who has been there to make bold choices the life the way she desires to-she has also been on the receiving end of nasty trolls on social media.

Taking matters into her own hands and venturing outside of her comfort zone, she admits that she has been judged her entire life and now, shows the world her real side.

The first episode begins with a lot of promise, and choreographer and director Farah Khan with comfort on her own couch was warm and sweet but didn't really offer anything fresh into Malla's life.

Her second guest, none other than dear friend Neha Dhupia pushes the conversation further as they discuss how Malaika needs to step out of her comfort zone and embark on a new journey.

In both the episodes Malaika honestly talks about the trauma.

The problem is, these conversations about overcoming her fear and the way she goes about doing it in her second episode is a tad bit stretched. A sharper editing between the conversations was much needed.

The format of 'Moving In With Malaika' is quite similar to that of 'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives,'

People need to stop getting Negative about the show..

I'm not a Malaika Arora Fan or a Bollywood Lover but i truely appreciate what Malaika is doing bringing the inside out as a Celebrity is not easy.. common people don't understand as they don't try they only judge that it's fake etc. & it may be.. i don't know why they wanna connect like that i mean come on!! Watch their lifestyle & ours its a difference of land and clouds.. their ways of addressing problems will definitely be different than ours!!

People need to understand! & Stop putting narrow minded thinking in everything.. I'm glad she did this.. it was fun to watch & i had a good time...

Cheap version of Kardashian, torture to watch.

Totally unreal, boring, annoying, Cheap trial of Kardashian in totally fake way. Her house is also not real. Totally scripted show. It's like end of creativity in Bollywood. And no one is interested to watch her fake life. New generation really does not care who she is. Her expressions are not real in this show. I started watching this show out of curiosity but after completing first episode I thought may be second episode will be good but after 3 rd episode I stop my self from that horrible torture. Malllaika ruined my evening with her fake accent with her fake acting, fake story, fake scipt.

Women are judged and specially celebs are looked down upon. There was great message, it takes guts to share your personal life on national television she fairly did well. Yes some parts are sugar coated but there a story for everyone likes and dislike. She is not an actress but an elite personality that shows in her show. She carried herself with dignity throughout the show.

A well mannered women, a wonderful mother , a great friend and a super positive motivator.

The last part where it says someone is at the door i guess its Arjun Kapoor finally who will show up awaiting to see some spices about the Khans, Kapoor's and Arora's.

Only for Cringe lovers

A show made on a person whose only achievement in life is being a sister in law of Salman Khan. The show so fake and full of self obsessed people that it's cringier than the cringe itself. Even if you are having too much of free time please avoid watching this, there are lot many better things you can do in that time. Anyone who differs with me, can you explain Malaika arora's achievements and why does she deserve to be relevant. She doesn't act well, not the best dancer, not the most good looking women either and above all no distinguished talent. Just potrayed as a desirable MILF for Indian people's obsession with obscenity and showoff.

This shows guides how to shut down trolls And motivated to be strong inspite of trolls!!

Awesome work by production house and cast !!

This shows teaches us to how to lead your life in a way we want , achieve our aim , overcome our fear , overcome trolls and just be yourself .

I have become such a huge fan of Malaika after watching this show . She faced so much after divorce. The real pain was when even ladies mocked her . How can a lady spoil other lady ! This is such a pain I can understand!

I believe that ladies should understand ladies Malaika u are such a strong gem Thank you for being our inspiration.

Pathetic show I just watched two episode and I am done with it. Can't go beyond that pain in my head.

And seriously why do they make these time wasting show.

The most absurd thing is that all the money this woman make from Hindi filmon industry and she doesn't know whether Sooraj ugta hai ya ugti hai.

Seriously you don't even know your mother tongue.

Stupidity at its peak.don't waste your time in this stupid show with no script nothing. It is just to make her look bechara and seeking as a achiever for malaika.

Itna dekhne k baad to her son also must be saying ki ek toh Arjun ko papa bolna pdta hai upr se yeh ek aur bakwass show.

Extremely cringe show

If you want to waste your few hours than watch this show..Fabulous wives looks way better than this. Not at all entertaining not well scripted and fake.... Plus all those forced endorsements.... too much to handle. Only best episode was Mallaika standup rest that fight with amrita arora was also so fake. All the elements of the show were scattered here and there. The episodes were not put together in a flow and the poor scripting only adds to the mess then why would I watch it at all. I would salute to anyone watching all the episodes...In this era of OTT where content is king and even reality shows are not behind who is interested in watching this overly fake and boring show.

Watch it if you want a headache. Then during every advertisement close your eyes and meditate. It will give you the will power to watch another few seconds followed by minute long advertisement. And within those few seconds she's gonna advertise a few more products. And get ready to listen about chaiyya chaiyya for at least 20 times in an episode being the only achievement ever in her life. A very hard attempt to show off her life to people whereas she has not much to show but just dancing on the train. Get over it man it was years and years ago. She is gonna take a breath in the show and call it a struggle.

The product placements in each episode is a joke! Feels like the whole show was created to endorse products and the show is scripted on another level. The house is a set, her dialogues are scripted, the situations copied from the kardashians. Its shameful that such a show is released to make fool of the Indian audience! Her drama around not having anyone to celebrate Christmas is so fake, you can check her Instagram and you will find her christmas post where she is seen celebrating it with her family. So its evident that everything is just created for drama. The sister drama is extremely fake.

Malaika Arora's new reality show, Moving in With Malaika aka MIWM, premiered on Disney+ Hotstar.

I think MIWM can be conveniently excluded poor scripted...

The makers of MIWM tried their best to carve out a tweaked version of Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives. However, miserably failing in several aspects, the series has disappointed...

The stand-up performed by the looked unreal and staged...

No doubt, MIWM has a lot of potential but is lacking dedicated effort...

The creators have constantly been trying to create drama since the first episode and have been miserably failing at it...

Spoilers- Here also Arjun Kapoor has given worst acting performance.

Extremely boring and full of paid advertisements

I was really looking forward to watch this show because of Malaika Arora. And I generally don't write negative review unless I'm really annoyed.

This show is complete waste of time. No clip was useful or entertaining in this show .

I fast forward n watched this crap wishing at least one good thing I'll get to see but no,complete disappointment it was.

Every 5 mins one ad comes. Happilo, Dyson, lotus n so many other brands ..as if she made this show to promote these brands n earn money.

Fullyyyy faltoo n waste!!guys plssss don't ever watch this.

This is complete cheating to viewers also.. for what they are watching this scripted show???

This show is the most painful thing I've ever seen. From malaika's gloating and boasting, train wreck conversations, and shameless product placement, I dont understand who decided to waste money on this nonsense show. I didnt think I would hate her after watching a show that tries so hard to paint her in some great light. Seems like she needs a personality development course because her ego has really gotten to her brain. Perhaps my words are harsh but she really is so tone deaf I dont know how anyone takes her seriously or stands her if this is how she truly is. Really shameful for indian content makers.

Oh dear, brace yourself for the cringe-fest that is "Moving in with Malaika." I can't even begin to describe the level of cringiness that this show achieved. It's like they took every cringe-inducing element imaginable and mashed them together into one excruciatingly awkward package. Why everyone in bollywood trying to intimidate the cheap copy of keeping up with the kardashians. That show was already a big cringe in the west. And oh my god!!! They were not even trying to be subtle about the brand integration. They were like in your face all the time. Every episode consist 1-3 brand integration. I suggest staying far, far away from "Moving in with Malaika." Consider yourself warned.

It will never get lower than this. Bollywood housewives were better than this. Such a fake stupid mindless rip-off of the Kardashians. Honestly, it was painful to even get by one episode, god knows how can I watch the rest of it.

This show needs to be stopped from ever releasing another episode. She did an entire standup talking about how great she is, how great her body looks, how tight is this, etc etc. Narcissistic much?

It simply feels like privileged people ranting about how many troubles they have in their rich lives. I haven't seen anyone giving this show more than 2 stars but their PR team is showing that this show is already a hit.

Bakwaas ek episode bhi nahi dekh pai i think yeh imbd bhi bik gaya hai 8 star this is fake. I think karachiwood should understand no one buys there high n mighty attitude anymore. No more people want to hear your bakwaas story of live divorce n love bakwaas pls spare us the horror. I m so happy we have ott now we have such good content pls watch Khakee of Neeraj pandey instead of this brainless stupid reality show. All they know is wear clothes that just shows all your assest n you will never see this mallaika in a saree i don't know what they are trying to show nothing close to our tradition useless.

Listless Show

As usual there was all artificial drama gross Malaika her irritating family ,friends, her son who is only one who looks to hate her coz of her romantic liaison with someone of his own age, the commercial use of Lotus Rx is so annoying, she looked horrible at stand up comedy which she preformed it was more of humiliating her near and dears , her life is totally messed up ,she herself tries to look fabulous but fails miserably. The episode with Neha was so bad and so was her bravery when she drove a car into the glass.

I really pity her son who will have to bear the ignominious existence of his mother and a younger foster Abba..

There's not an iota of 'reality' in this 'reality' show. Pretentious to the T. There's so much fakeness that one can't even fathom!

Most episodes feel so staged that one would eventually lose interest sooner than later. Poorly planned show by the PR team, probably. All they eventually wanted to show thought out the show is her body! So much for 'objectifying'! Irony would have kicked itself in the face so many times.

I can't even convince myself that I can watch this show for my guilty pleasure. Nope. The only reality show (Indian themed) in this genre that is worth the guilty pleasure is 'Family Drama'.

Finallt, STOP aping the west.

Want to commit suicide? Watch this show. You'll realize how much your life is worth, when you see there's a show dedicated to someone who is worthless. You'll realize your self worth and give life another chance. Who knows, maybe you'll have such a show yourself one day. I feel worse for the people who were forced to sit through this at the studio. I am certain they were under duress, otherwise no one in their right mind can survive this abomination. We see helpless people trying to portray Malika Arora as an overachiever, whereas the fact is she's not relevant at all. Least she could have done is pay the script writers to write decent scripts. Ofc, the show might claim it's all done in real time, but we all know how it is.

It was so fake and so annoying. I watched it for just 15 minutes. My head hurts so bad. Please don't think you can even forward and tolerate it. I thought it might get interesting later and forwarded almost all episodes hoping to find something genuine or interesting. I failed miserably. I generally don't like to leave any series, movies incomplete so I forwarded whole episodes and reached upto ep 14 but post that I couldn't even forward. This is the first anything I've not completed. I've sat through a lot of bad serious and movies but this was not worth any time at all. Also there was no good clothes too.

Malaika is so unlikeable. I never believe in writing reviews or judging people based on edited scripts, but who Malaika Is, is extremely irritating and disrespectful. Probably everything wrong with a human being!! Literally everyone around her are lovely!! The show is extremely scripted and a quick grab for money. Can she stop thinking she's above everyone.

This show is extremely sponsored and the entire show clearly is her potraying she's hot. She body shamed her sister constant while making body positivity videos, the irony of it all. This show can be only studied for what not to do, and who not to be.
