Overall I am a big fan of the show, and I've seen everything from both the original series as well as Shippuden. Overall the episode is entertaining, however the biggest issue I have with this episode is the inconsistency in the hokage's character, as well as lazy writing. This entire episode is fabricated behind the concept that Tsunade not only didn't run tests on Sakura to check and make sure she had the virus, but also refused to talk to Naruto and inform him about the potential situation. Not only did she refuse to inform him, but she also went straight to smoke bombing his house in the middle of the night in order to capture him. On top of this, if the virus was this contagious, why would she send so many ninjas to capture him instead of having one person inform him? She is supposed to be the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village, as well as a top tier medical ninja, and yet she does not have the common sense to run tests on Sakura and inform Naruto, rather than go on a manhunt for him. This is the laziest writing I have seen in the entire series, and am extremely disappointed in the writers of this episode for poorly writing this filler episode, as well as poorly representing Lady Tsunade and making such a shameful episode with such terrible plot holes. Overall series wise, this episode poorly represents the show.
