Absolutely loved this episode and even more excited as a manga reader for what's to come!.

I loved this episode and have been watching My Hero Academia for a long time now, anticipating this release of part 2 of season 6. The only thing that I didn't entirely enjoy was how the first half was sort of a recap which would honestly be a good thing which is why my review is 9/10 since it is the beginning of all the chaos the is about to occur. I am a manga reader my self so I'm very excited to see how the anime looks with that and I can't wait. Also, the animations are just perfect and I love the new intro as it fulfils everything that I am hoping for in this anime and I adore how now everyone gets to see the manga come to life through animation and colour and I'll be waiting till next week to watch the next one!

Once again My Hero Academia shows you why it's the best.

As the headline implies , we are living through a golden age of anime. My Hero Academia showcases levels of maturity and honesty that allows it to surpass its peers as a shining beacon of storytelling. Conflict does not come without consequences as much as modern media franchises like to show, heroes and their fans need to be dragged back down to earth and this is an incredible example of a responsible show doing exactly that with grace and skill. The characters we have come to know and love have themselves grown to an amazing degree in almost-real time, and this episode only goes to showcase just how beneficial such character work is to a story. 10/10.

Absolutely great change in pacing.

This episode changes the tone & makes the characters and plot a lot more complex. It doesn't just change the tone every minute built up this point is earned. Each character has developed up to this point and now all of it is being payed off and it starts with this wonderful episode. The new intro is amazing and reflects the story so well. Hope in a grey world.

The only thing stopping this being a perfect episode in my eyes is that the monologue in the beginning-middle Carries on more than it needs too, but most of it isn't just a recap. It shows the progression and effects of what happened, but was unnecessarily a little long.
