Because of Max's status in Los Angeles, no one who witnessed what happened will come forward and testify, even though they know Jules is innocent. Meanwhile, Scarlet's campaign for District Attorney stalls, Maddy assaults Finn's teacher and David Potter asks Mikki an important question.
