"She needs to learn I'm never going to be like I was"

Warning: Spoilers
There's an awful lot going on in this episode...or possibly not.It looks for a moment as if Dexter's storyline, despite yet more childish behaviour from Dexter towards Sid, might be going somewhere interesting but the good work is completely undone by the appalling final scene where April makes it all about her with a speech that, astonishingly, we're probably supposed to find admirable given Sid's reaction, then Dexter makes a sleazy remark and they head off to have sex.How sweet.

In other news, Spencer and Maddy make their first appearance. At the moment they come across as a bog standard domineering older bad boy with a heart of gold and kind-hearted but forgettable girl so it remains to be seen how they'll develop.Harvey taking advantage of Colleen and Celia's fussiness is rather amusing;it's a shame we lose Morag along with Colleen but Celia's starting to be less two-dimensional than when we first came back.Tamara continues to stalk Casey, who sensibly realises she's got some issues to sort out and sends her off to her parents.Could be interesting.
