- After the musical theater students' exam-concert, young director Ilona participates in the grading committee meeting. Having worked closely with the students she is now among five gallant members of the jury. Ilona is flattered by sudden attention she receives from the all-male panel but soon realizes that she got into a meeting one would never want to attend. The committee focuses on giving high grades for everybody in hopes of maintaining a good reputation while making obscene remarks about students' body shapes, age or race rather than having insightful discussions about the quality of the performances. One after another, the insensitive comments about the students suffocate Ilona and she keeps silent. Until the last minute she hesitates whether to stand up against the blatant brutality of the "untouchables" or play along and take this opportunity to advance her career and be accepted by the board.
