I thought this episode was cleverly done annd very entertaining! It also had some real Community-style wit and dark comedy throughout. I don't believe it deserves the hate it has gotten (possibly due to viewers taking offense over Harmon's absence this season) and thoroughly enjoyed the puppet versions of each character.
I especially appreciated the puppet-ception of Chang's puppet whipping out an even smaller puppet in order to scream in frustration, and Britta telling Annie how soft her skin was; "almost like felt!" Dean Pelton's salacious comments regarding puppet Jeffrey were on point for his character and Shirley's singing stole the show!
Overall, while not one of the best episodes of Community to ever exist (that honor goes to episodes like "Remedial Chaos Theory", "App Development and Condiments", "Basic Intergluteal Numismatics", "Pillows and Blankets," and "Geothermal Escapism"), it's still one that I always look forward to when I rewatch the series. Don't let the negative reviews stop you from watching it!
