- Sounds from the zombies can be scary to younger players.
- The zombies may be scary for younger players.
- Blood is seen on the characters hands (Not afterlife)
- After shooting the acid gat, the zombies will come to it and stand around it, and the acid will explode on them, which is very bloody. If you shoot it on them, same thing.
- When using the acid trap, the zombies will die instantly if they go in through it. (Players will die from the acid trap as well)
- Heads sometime get shot off by zombies.

- Billy is seen lighting, and smoking a cigarette (Very mild)
- Perks can be considered as drugs. Here are all of them in the game:
- Juggernaug is too make the player stronger and doesn't get down as quickly.
- Quick revive is for faster revive in Multiplayer.
- Speed Cola is for faster reload on all guns.
- Electric Cherry (New) creates electricity around you when you reload, so when you reload, the zombies around you will teleport. (Like when you zap them in Afterlife mode)
- Doubletap lets you shoot two bullets at a time instead of one.
- Deadshot Daiquiri allows you to aim at a zombies head.
- Overall, there is really no drugs in here, but they can be considered them, and the smoking is very mild.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Very bloody. There is blood on the walls and words wrote from blood.
- Dead bodies are hung from a ceiling (Covered).
- Brutus may be scary to some younger players.
- Swearing may be offensive to some. (Swearing is used very often, go to Profanity for more information)
- When in solo, the cinema intro may be scaring for children. Arlington (Weasel) pretends to be dying, and the warden comes in to help him, but he kills him and walks out with a knife. (The killing is not shown) Billy then gets executioners and hands them out to everyone. The warden walks out of the cell and screams, and there is a close up of him as a zombie. (May be frightening to children) After they kill him with an executioner, zombies come from all over the place, Weasel shoots a zombie in the mouth (Shown). Sal takes a zombie to the ground and shoots him in the head, and shoots another zombie behind him. Finn is stomping on a zombies head, and he stomps on the screen, as if we're the zombies head. Billy stabs a zombie in the throat, then putting him against a cell, and putting a machete in his forehead. After that, Weasel dies and gets takes to the ground. Sal gets taken to the ground against the wall. Billy and Finn die around the same time, getting taken down. So the game starts up as them in the afterlife, after that cinema intro takes place.
