From the beginning, Kim Kardashian West knew Serena Williams had found her prince in Alexis Ohanian.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 37, told Vogue that the couple were meant to be during cocktails after their wedding ceremony Thursday in New Orleans.
“I’ve known Serena for so long and am so happy she’s found her prince,” Kardashian West told the magazine. “From the moment she told me she met Alexis in Rome, it was like… she’s been so happy and has this light about her that is so special to see.”
The reality star continued, “You just know it is so real.

Angelina Jolie had an audience with the pope today in Rome. The director’s second feature, Unbroken, was screened at the Vatican after Pope Francis, who was aware of the incredible life story of the late Louis Zamperini welcomed the opportunity. The Associated Press reports that the pontiff did not watch the screening today, but did have an exchange with Jolie afterward. Jolie was joined by Luke Zamperini, Louis’ son, with Vatican officials and ambassadors in attendance for the film. Angelina Jolie met Pope Francis during a private audience at the Vatican today (Thursday, January 8).
The Hollywood star had been invited by the Pontiff to host a screening of her new film Unbroken at the Vatican in Rome for the Political Academy of Sciences.
In a statement released by Universal Pictures to Us Weekly, Jolie said: "Being invited with my film to the Vatican is an honour and a great tribute to the story that I have told in Unbroken.

Turner Sports commentator and former NBA star Charles Barkley on Sunday defended Adrian Peterson, the NFL star accused of going too far in a disciplinary beating he gave his 4-year-old son.
