Frank Ferrante gives the legendary Groucho Marx a loving tribute in his highly entertaining one-man-show. He performs most of Groucho's classic songs and zingers with zeal. It's clear Ferrante has been inhabiting this role for many years and is even able to perform crowd work in Groucho's recognizable persona. Where it lacks emotional punch is when he intercuts stories of Groucho's real reminisces of his family with Ferrante's own stories showing his affection for Groucho and the Marx Brothers. There were many memories shared, but no mention of Dick Cavett or the triumphant Carnegie Hall show. High energy and hijinx abound, making for a fun watch. He might have added some video clips, but perhaps there are rights issues.
