A wonderful episode, a must watch!! The whole situation is just really funny, I mean it's about guns, irresponsibility, opposing Parties and especially important: It involves the news! That all makes up for a pretty funny episode, actually one of the better ones. Although I must say that the whole show is pretty fun, at most times at least.

Funny and fairly good representation of different views

This episode is not only funny in the absurd ways charlie and mac try to defend a school and how Frank 'dupes' everybody, but it also represents opposing sides of the argument quite well. As a conservative I appreciate the scenes of Dee and Dennis trying to prove how easy it is to buy a gun and failing miserably, but I think the attempts to show Charlie and Mac changing their minds kinda dumb. giving weapons to CHILDREN and having bad results doesn't prove that providing the option for grown adults to purchase a weapon of their choice is a bad idea. I greatly appreciate that this show didn't go the traditional route of mainstream media and go straight toward the liberal viewpoint. Very good episode with a couple flaws so 9/10.

My overall rating of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"'s Season 9: 3/10

I've not always had the best impression of this show, but I've stuck around for 9 seasons (out of 14 at the time of writing). Sometimes, I've felt that certain episodes were unfunny, or disgusting in a gross-out way, or formulaic. But I've never been bored out of my freaking skull, like I have been with the beginning of this season and with this episode in particular. Not one scene worked, every single one either made me cringe or just left me checking the time. Just awful.
