The film was originally going to be a three minutes follow up to Almquist's previous "Evil Easter" fake trailers and the final segment. However, due to the number of ideas and footage shot and the time it took shooting all the ideas Almquist decided to turn the trailer into a proper short.
Part of the flashback of the Nazi invasion of Transylvania was shot on the International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The filmmakers where not aware of the remembrance day until they got home from filming and where rather chocked.
The character of Kowalski was originally much larger and Starker somewhat smaller. Almquist cut several characters and gave some of their action to other characters.
Pascal Andersson was asked to play both one of the nazi-hunters and a nazi. He declined both parts due to other jobs.
