Crimes of the Century: The Unabomber (2013)

The eighth and final episode in this CNN's first season takes a look at the mysterious bomber who became known as "The Unabomber" and who would turn out to be a loner named Ted Kaczynski. The documentary covers his early life, the bombings that struck the United States for nearly twenty years and what eventually led to his arrest. As with the other films in the series, this one here manages to be highly entertaining even if it really doesn't teach us anything we don't already know. The film is certainly well-made and manages to tell you the history of the events in a thoughtful way as well as keep you entertained throughout. I think those unfamiliar with all of the events are the ones who are going to enjoy this the most because you really do get a very good overview of the Unabomber's lifestyle and just what a genius he was. Of course, the evilness and coldness is also shown. The interviews are all extremely good and make for a good episode in the series.
