It’s time to play the music and it’s time to light the lights. Why? Well, it’s almost time to meet The Muppet Show on Disney+ tonight.
Disney+’s list of new releases for February 2021 features a handful of intriguing original movies and TV shows. But it’s a blast from the past that’s making the most waves. All five seasons of The Muppet Show will arrive on Disney+’s stream on Friday, Feb. 19. And just like that, 2021 is a brighter place.
February 2021 also sees the back half of WandaVision carry on. Disney+ only mentions each release as being a “new episode” but if our calculations are right, February should feature episodes 5 through 8 of the series. That just leaves the finale for the first Friday in March.
The other major Disney+ original is Flora & Ulysses on Feb. 19. This movie starring Alyson Hannigan, Ben Schwartz, and more...

Disney+ hit 50 million subscribers globally in early April, shortly after it finally launched in the UK and other regions, and while the platform has still got a way to go until it gets close to Netflix’s 167 million-strong base, it’s not a bad result so far for a streaming service that only originally got off the starting blocks in November, 2019.
We’ll be bringing you a neat list of everything coming to Disney+ UK every month here at Den of Geek, so you can get an idea of just what you’re paying for. If you haven’t taken the plunge yet, a look ahead at the coming month’s content might also be an indication of whether now might be the time to sign up or not!

It goes without saying that the pandemic is keeping everyone stuck inside with little to do besides watch television, play video games, and read. Here’s some great news, though: There’s plenty coming to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime in May, so put away the books and the games, and get ready to binge some excellent shows and films.
On Netflix, you can catch some notable comedy entries next month like the Jim Carrey-led Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Fun with Dick and Jane, while action-horror fans may be delighted to hear that multiple Underworld films will be dropping on the service. The lesser-known Jarhead trilogy will be available on the 1st, and the first two pics in the Back to the Future trilogy will join the third film for streaming. Dozens more movies and shows will join these as well to ensure that Netflix reigns as...
