This is the second "Child Star Psychologist" Funnyordie short film (out of 3) starring Kiernan Shipka from "Mad Men" and I am not scared of saying that this was one of the best short films from 2013. The first patient is from the film "Looper". I have not seen it and I do not know the kid, but the references about Terminator and theme park rides and age restrictions were totally hilarious. The second is the little girl from "Modern Family". I am extremely familiar with the series, so I knew her before. Aldo fairly entertaining, especially when Shipka's character gets fully drawn in by solving the puzzle. Seems like somebody else needs a therapist huh? Last patient is the boy from "Monnrise Kingdom" and this short conversation is basically full of funny references about Wes Anderson movies. Very nicely done by everybody involved, especially Shipka who is easily among the most talented actresses from her age group. She has shown her great dramatic talent on "Mad Men" for a long time and here we see she can also make comedy work. Director is the same from "Child Star Psychologist 1", writer is not, yet a very prolific writer. This was truly hilarious. Very much recommended. These 4 minutes show that a simple premise can be enough to come up with the best stuff in terms of comedy.
