When Sherlock and Watson are standing in the precinct talking, there is a man handcuffed sitting in a chair in the background. After finding the id of the girl found dead on the roof of the truck, 'Haley Tyler', Watson says she was 26 years old, but the driver's license shown on screen gives her date of birth as 10-11-72, which would make Haley 40 years old.
Holmes incorrectly states they need to know the location of the delivery of the first package where there are no paint chips. They actually want to go to the location where the last package was shelved that contained paint chips. The last spot that contains paint chips is the package the driver removed from the truck while walking it into the building. Hence, there would be paint chips in that spot in the truck when the woman landed during the driver's absence. The next package delivered would create the first clean spot on the truck.
