Short Revue: great in tension
OJT22 January 2014
Burger is a short film which in filmed at a hamburger joint in Cardiff, Wales by Norwegian film maker Magnus Mork. The film won the Jury's special prize for best direction and okay by ensemble at the Sundance Film Festival 2014.

I can understand why. The day before I watched it, and was amazed by the feeling the little film manages to give you in such a shirt time. We meet a lot of strangers, or groups of strangers, meeting up at a late night hamburger shop. Just like we've all experienced. The way they i tract is interesting, because we all sense that something is about to happen. At something is. Not going to say, but the film is both funny and exciting, though it's an every day event film.

Short films are often not able to really give more than glimpses of many different persons. This manages to tell a lot in 10 minutes. Great instruction, and great acting!
