- D.L. Hughley: Texas had a case in the summer last year; there was a 16 year old boy who stole his father's pick-up truck, then he stole a case of beer. He drove drunk; killed four people and crippled two. His defense attorney argued that he was so rich and privileged his whole life , that no one taught him the difference between right from wrong. He was suffering from 'affluenza' - and he has never served one day in jail; he was given probation. Now, if rich people can have 'affluenza' - how come broke people can't have 'brokelepsy'? What am I to think about a country that tells me justice is a 16-year-old boy killing four and not going to jail - but justice is also a 16-year-old boy getting shot dead 'cause he eats skittles and wears a hoodie? What kind of justice is that?
