When Mycroft tells Watson about a conversation between Sherlock and their father that he once overheard, the content of that conversation is how Sherlock describes Mycroft to Watson in "The Adventure of the Greek Interpreter".
The final scene of Mycroft and Sherlock playing single stick on Brownstone terrace is removed.
On the cards that Sherlock leaves on floor, which Watson finds when she wakes up, all of the dates are written in the American style, month/day/year. In Britain it is usually written as day/month/year.
