Following the death of Mark Strauss, English and Mulligan investigate his alleged suicide before it has a chance to undermine Cindy Strauss' murder trial, while Mulligan is called to give evidence.
Hildy and Terry investigate the death of Mark Strauss. A suicide note is found on his computer, but no one is convinced he killed himself. The judge allows the prosecution to make its case but is prepared to entertain a motion to dismiss the case if they don't make a pronouncement on the Strauss' death. Pilot Bill Wilkerson and his wife both take the stand and the defense suggests they could be the Cindy's killer - both deny it. The police interview Bill over Mark Strauss' death and he denies that as well. They do find evidence of someone being in Strauss' apartment. Hildy gives her testimony.—garykmcd
