"If you want something done right, do it yourself", and that is what I. Marlene King did on this episode by taking charge of the writing, and I'm glad she did. I would dare to say that this is a great episode and maybe one of the best of the whole series. As you might tell by the title, this is the celebration of the 100th episode of the show and I personally think they did a great job. From the beginning to the end, it is entertaining. The story has a really strong start when they showed one of the main characters coming back to town, and that catch my attention from the very first scene. The tone of the episode is constant and doesn't disappoint. Every character's story is developed smoothly and even the jokes feel organic. It's a great mix of drama, comedy and mystery. They have a scene that happens in a church and it's probably my favorite one from the whole season; there is a conflict between two characters and each one's response wasn't expected at all. Even tho the main villain wasn't present in this episode, it doesn't really need it, it doesn't affect the story or changes anything to the final product, this is not a conflict between the protagonists and the villain but a journey and exploration to the character we know and love. The music selection was great for every moment they needed some type of song to complement the narration. Now talking about the acting, I think the director did a impecable job by leading their actors, because they all delivered an excelente performance, but I still want to give their props to Troian Bellisario, Laura Leighton, Sasha Pieterse, and Lindsey Shaw. So far, I really enjoyed this episode, I could watch it on repeat and I would never feel bored. This is my first review here and I hope this is helpful to anyone or something to that matter.
